Exceptional frontend web developer

Summary

We are looking for an exceptional hacker with a minimum experience of two years in the development of web applications.

The primary qualities we are looking for are: technical genius, experience with web-development, hard-working and eager to work in a start-up. Ideally, you should be a master of javascript (both front- and back-end) and should have some knowledge in other programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the product frontend

• Select the best technologies and initiate best practices and standards

• Participate in the development of the global product architecture

• Be part of the development team and interact with the backend and engine developers (big data/machine learning)

• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to customers and integration partners

Requirements

• >2 years of experience in web development

• Proof of successful projects (online demos, published apps, or similar). Send us a link to your GitHub profile if you have one.

• Solid background in web technologies: Javascript + frontend libraries and MVC frameworks (jQuery, Angular,..), HTML, CSS

• Being startup-minded: risk to win!

• Experience with responsive design / mobile, UX and cross-browser compatibility is a plus

• Experience with e-commerce, SaaS services, online advertising and/or web analytics is a plus

• No specific requirements regarding education level. Self-learners are welcome to apply.

• French or English speaker

Contract type: French fixed-term or permanent contract (CDI/CDD) depending on profile
